This research is based on the low language skills of group B children of KB Kartini Kutabima Cimanggu. The causes are the learning approach is less interesting, the choice of language learning methods is not appropriate, and the delivery is less varied. The aim of this research is to improve language skills through the singing method using picture cards as media. This research is classroom action research (Action Classroom Research). The research subjects were 11 children. After the researcher conducted research and analyzed the data, the researcher obtained data that in the initial condition only 1 student or 9% of children's language skills were in the BSH criteria and 10 students or 91% were in the BB and MB criteria. In the first cycle, 7 children or 64% were declared complete according to the BSH criteria and at the end of the second cycle 11 students or 100% of the children were declared to have improved their language skills with the explanation of 8 students in the BSB criteria or 73%, and 3 students or 27 % in BSH criteria. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the singing method using picture card media can improve the language skills of young children in group B of KB Kartini Kutabima Cimanggu.
