The population of Purwokerto and Purbalingga continues to increase. The increase in the large population and strong economic and social activities have led to high traffic flow and mobility. Massive community movements must be supported by adequate transportation facilities and infrastructure. The study carried out in this final project is to calculate the operating performance. The performance indicators to be analyzed refer to the Ministry of Transportation and World Bank standards. Performance is compared with the passenger satisfaction and expectations of that performance which is analyzed by the importance-performance analysis (IPA) method. From the results of the study, it was found that the performance of the Trans Jateng BRT transportation in the Purwokerto-Purbalingga corridor that meets the standards in the form of passenger waiting time, travel time, and headway. While the indicators that do not meet the standards are the number of passengers, speed, and load factor. The performance attributes of the Trans Jateng BRT in the Purwokerto-Purbalingga corridor which are considered important and need to be prioritized for improvement based on passenger satisfaction and expectations are located in quadrant I, namely safety facilities in an emergency situation, facilities for persons with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women, and easiness to obtain information related to the route and arrival time, as well as the arrival/departure time of the buses.
