Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational
leadership, distributive justice and organizational culture on the job satisfaction
of
non medical and administrative employees at Ananda General Hospital
in
Purwokerto. Sampling used proportionate stratified random sampling
and
purposive sampling which were distributed using the Google Form link. The sample
used was made up of 160 employees. The analysis technique used in this study uses
the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate
that transformational leadership, distributive justice and organizational culture have
a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the
test
results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination test of 33.8%.
