The purpose of this study is to examine and explain in detail the influence of customer value, experiential marketing, and sense of trust simultaneously affect customer satisfaction Premiere Hotel Winner in Pemalang. The subject of this research is the customer who stays at the Premiere Hotel Winner in Pemalang using 100 samples of respondents with the criteria of respondents who have stayed at least twice at the Premiere Hotel Winner in Pemalang. The testing techniques in this study are instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and model suitability test, t statistical test, chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a variability of 82.5%, then partially customer value, experiential marketing, trust have an effect to customer satisfaction.
