Abstract
This research aimed to figure out the Effect of democratic leadership style, compensation and motivation both partially and simultaneously on the employee performance PT.Hyup Sung Ind Purbalingga. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and while data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that partially there is a significant positive effect between democratic leadership style, compensation on employee performance and no significant positive effect between motivation on employee performance. There is significant positive effect between democratic leadership style, compensation and motivation simultaneously on employee performance.
