Flower Bouquets often serve as a symbol of affection given to parents, friends, or partners, and are highly sought after by the younger generation. Florasea Flower Shop serves as a channel to meet this demand. Therefore, maintaining high Service standards is crucial to meet consumer needs. Consumer satisfaction is an Important indicator in measuring the effectiveness of the implementation or use of an information system. This research is designed to evaluate and measure user satisfaction with the Florasea Website and to understand its strengths and weaknesses. The PIECES Framework is used as a research method because it covers six necessary variables. Analysis of the satisfaction level of students as respondents on the six PIECES variables resulted in scores for each variable, with the Performance variable scoring 3.87 (satisfied), Information and Data scoring 3.87 (satisfied), Economy scoring 4.02 (satisfied), Control and Security scoring 3.91 (satisfied), Efficiency scoring 3.91 (satisfied), and Service scoring 3.96 (satisfied). The results of this study indicate that the Florasea Website has been successful in providing satisfaction to its users.
