The type of research used is quantitative research to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and taste on consumer satisfaction with gacoan noodles in Purwokerto. The population in this study were active students at the Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto who had previously purchased gacoan noodles in Purwokerto, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is quota sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test (coefficient of determination and F test (Goodness of Fit Model)) and T Test. The results of the analysis show that product quality has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and taste has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.
