Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping citizens who are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Strengthening citizenship transmission in primary education is essential to create students who are conscious of their rights and duties both in learning and as members of society. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of citizenship transmission through differentiated instruction, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening citizenship transmission through differentiated instruction in VA grade students at SD Negeri 4 Teluk, Banyumas Regency. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observations, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that differentiated instruction in VA grade at SD Negeri 4 Teluk can enhance citizenship transmission, where students are able to understand and internalize citizenship values in accordance with their rights and responsibilities in learning and as members of society.
