Abstract

Implementing the independent curriculum also presents a number of challenges. One of
them is increasing the teacher's ability to plan effective learning and in accordance with
the demands of the curriculum. Based on the research data, it was found that (1) Based
on the research data on the teacher's ability to prepare learning plans based on the
independent curriculum in Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara, Purwanegara District,
Banjarnegara Regency, it shows that the teacher's ability to prepare learning plans based
on the independent curriculum is still less relevant in formulating learning objectives ,
finding material and utilizing learning resources. (2) The effectiveness of implementing
learning planning in the independent curriculum on learning outcomes in the Ki Hajar
Dewantara Cluster, Purwanegara District, Banjarnegara Regency shows that effective
learning planning will produce effective learning outcomes. (3) The relevance of teacher
performance in preparing learning plans in the implementation of independent
curriculum learning and its impact on student learning outcomes shows that teacher
performance in planning learning will have an impact on the implementation of
independent curriculum learning and will also impact student learning outcomes.
