This study aims to describe the emotional classification of main characters found in the novel "Luka Cita" by Valerie Patkar. The method employed in this research is qualitative descriptive with a literary psychology approach. Data collection techniques involve reading and note-taking. Data analysis follows a process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Through data analysis, it is concluded that "Luka Cita" by Valerie Patkar portrays various emotions. The results indicate (1) the presence of seven emotions in this study, (2) the classification of emotions depicted by the main characters in the novel, and (3) the emotional classification in this study includes fear, anger, sadness, hatred, guilt, and love.
