This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction,
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Self Efficacy on the Performance
of Banyumas Regency Industry and Trade Office Employees. This type of
research is quantitative. The population in this study is employees who have civil
servant status. The sample used in this study was 139 employees. This sampling
uses the nonprobability sampling method with the purposive sampling method.
Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results, it
was obtained: (1) The work environment does not have a positive and
insignificant effect on employee performance. (2) Job satisfaction has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect. (4) Self Efficacy has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results
