Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self efficacy,
communication, cyberloafing, and work environment on employee performance
of PT Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya (Komerce) Purbalingga. Sampling
technique non probability sampling using the slovin formula at a significance
level of 5%. The sample used in the study was 218 employees. Data analysis used
the SPSS version 26 program which was analyzed using validity test, reliability
test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient
of determination test, f test (goodness of fit model), and t test. The results of this
study show that: 1) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance, 2) Communication has a positive and significant effect
on Employee Performance, 3) Cyberloafing has no effect on Employee
Performance, 4) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance. Based on the research results, the variable that has the
most influence on employee performance is the self efficacy variable is 7.549.
The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the influence of self
efficacy, communication, cyberloafing and work environment on employee
performance is 62,4%.
