Referring to the problem of the caderization crisis, Researchers are trying
to extract this research. This research aims to find out the caderization education
applied in Muhammadiya's boarding house. The research approach used was
qualitative research., qualitative research is a method of research used to research
and analyze social phenomena in a deeper way. This approach emphasizes
understanding, Interpretation, and the context of a phenomenon, different from a
more numeric quantum measurement method. The data analysis technique used in
this research is the data analysis technique proposed by Miles and Huberman
which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This
research resulted in a cadre formation education which was implemented by the
Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Islamic Boarding School through daily activities
such as assignments in organizations, boarding material in the classroom, as well
as through a cadre formation program which was structured, systematic and
carefully planned, the program was called "Program Pekan Pengkaderan".
