This research aimed to describe the forms of code-switching and code-mixing and identify the underlying factors in the dialogues of the "KKN di Desa Penari" movie (Community Service Program in Penari Village). The study adopted a qualitative descriptive approach, with data derived from spoken dialogues in the movie. The primary data sources were the actors in the movie, while the secondary data source were the film media obtained through the Telegram platform. The research data collection used the observation method with an advanced nonparticipatory observation technique, followed by note-taking. The data analysis method involved the identity approach with the dividing-key-factors technique. The presentation of the analyzed data employed an informal presentation method. The research findings highlighted the forms of code-switching and code-mixing in the dialogues of the movie, consisting of 42 instances, classified as follows: 18 cases of internal code-switching, 10 cases of code-mixed inserted words, and 13 cases of code-mixed inserted phrases and clauses.
