Abstract

The current technology is advancing rapidly, especially through internet
access, which has facilitated the public in obtaining information quickly. The
transformation of information media from physical to digital, particularly through
websites, has become the primary means of conveying information, communication,
and education to the general public. Gumelem Village, located in the Susukan
District of Banjarnegara Regency, has a unique historical heritage as a land grant
from the time of the Mataram Kingdom, which has been preserved to this day. The
village has tourism potential such as the Banyu Anget Pingit Bath and the
production of Gumelem Batik, as well as pilgrimage sites like the Kademangan
Tomb, Ki Ageng Giring Tomb, and Sunan Geseng Tomb. Despite its potential,
Gumelem Village is not widely known, especially outside of Central Java Province,
due to a lack of information from the media and the government. Compared to other
destinations in Banjarnegara Regency, such as Dieng, Gumelem Village receives
less attention from the government regarding facilities, infrastructure, and
publicity. Therefore, the creation of the Gumelem Village Tourism website is
necessary, using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and Agile approach to
expedite software development. The website is tested using the System Usability
Scale (SUS) method, resulting in a score of 72.05 with an acceptable grade of C.
