Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job uncertainty,
workload, and job satisfaction on turnover intention of PT Mitra Cimalati
Indonesia employees. The sampling method used in this research was purposive
sampling method and the number of samples in this study was 120. The analysis
technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
(SPSS). The results of this study indicate that job uncertainty has a positive and
significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a negative and significant
effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive and unsignificant effect
on turnover intention. Based on the results, the adjusted R2 coefficient of
determination test is 26,8%
