This development research was conducted at SD UMP Banyumas District to produce a learning media in the form of a Si Buyung exercise guide in the form of a story based on a fairy tale. This media is designed to facilitate students and teachers in performing and enhancing rhythmic activities in Physical Education and Health (PJOK) learning. The development model used in this research is the Research and Development (RD) model, adopting the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation, and measurement scales were used to collect data. The data collection instruments include validation sheets and questionnaire response sheets for teachers and students. The results of the research show that the Si Buyung exercise guidebook product in the form of a story based on a fairy tale meets the valid criteria, with a percentage of language expert assessment at 80%, media expert assessment at 88% in the highly valid category, and material expert assessment at 94% in the highly valid category. Based on the teacher response questionnaire, 100% falls in the highly valid category, and the student interest response questionnaire shows 91% in the highly valid category. Based on these results, the Si Buyung exercise guidebook product in the form of a story based on a fairy tale meets the criteria of being highly valid and suitable for use in PJOK learning.
