The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job
characteristics, individual characteristics, job involvement, and organizational
citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT. Cebong Kayuindo. This
type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained
from questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees of PT.
Cebong Kayuindo as many as 372 people. Based on the calculation of the
sample from the Slovin formula and the purposive sampling technique, a total of
148 employees were obtained. Researchers analyzed the data using multiple
linear regression with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)
application. The results of the study concluded that job characteristics,
individual characteristics, job involvement, and organizational citizenship
behavior have a simultaneous and partially positive significant effect on
employee performance at PT. Cebong Kayuindo. Based on the results of the
adjusted R² coefficient of determination of 73,7% it means that the variables of
job characteristics, individual characteristics, job involvement, and
organizational citizenship behavior can explain employee performance by 73,7%
and 26,3% expalined by other factors.
