This study aims to analyze the effect of Training, Organizational
Commitment, and Competence on Nurse Performance at Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Kota Banjar. This type of research is quantitative. The samples used in
this study were 163 respondents using probability sampling technique, namely
accidental sampling. Research data were analyzed using instrument tests,
descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, data analysis and hypothesis
testing. Based on the analysis, the results showed that (1) Training,
Organizational Commitment, and Competence at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah
Kota Banjar simultaneously has positive and significant effects on nurse
performance. (2) Training at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Banjar has
positive and significant effects on nurse performance. (3) Organizational
Commitment at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Banjar has negative and not
significant effects on nurse performance. (4) Competence at Rumah Sakit Umum
Daerah Kota Banjar does not have positive and significant effects on nurse
performance.
