The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality, education level, work experience and self-efficacy on the performance of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Satria Purwokerto employees. Sampling using purposive sampling method through a questionnaire. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that personality, educational level, work experience and self-efficacy simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Satria Purwokerto employees. Personality and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Satria Purwokerto employees. The level of education and self-efficacy has no effect and is not significant on the performance of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Satria Purwokerto employees.
