Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment and perceptions of organizational support on employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia tbk htc rawo unit. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, taking non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique or census sampling, the number of samples was 144 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 23, with descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The results of the study with the simultaneous test (f test) show that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of work motivation, work discipline, work environment and perceptions of organizational support on employee performance. The results of the research with the partial test (t test) prove that work motivation, work discipline, work environment and perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
