This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate, competence, and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Kampung Marketerindo Berdaya (KOMERCE). Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling methods through the distribution of questrionnaires. A total of 201 employees were used as the sample. Researchers analyzed the data using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application. The result of the study indicates that organizational climate, competence, and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate, competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially and career development does not affect employee performance. Based on the results of the adjusted R2 coefficient of determination of 49,1%, it means that the variables of organizational climate, competence, and career development behavior can explain employee performance by 49,1% and 50,9% explained by other factors.
