The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of perceived benefits, ease
of use and trust on customers' interest in using BRI mobile banking. The method
used in this research is quantitative research. This study uses a questionnaire
method as data collection. The sample was selected using purposive sampling.
Based on the criteria obtained 130 respondents. This study uses the SPSS test
tool, with research methods that are processed using classical assumption tests,
hypotheses and multiple regression analysis. Perceived of benefits has a positive
and not significant effect on interest in using, ease of use has a positive and
significant effect on interest in using, trust has a positive and significant effect on
interest in using.
