Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment and organizational commitment on turnover intention and to find out whether job satisfaction is able to mediate the work environment and organizational commitment on turnover intention among employees of PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Royal Korinda Purbalingga. The sample used in this study was 110 of 3439 employees using the quota sampling technique. For statistical tests and data processing is carried out using Data analyzed using the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) method. The results of the study show that: 1) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, 2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, 3) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) Organizational commitment has a significant effect positive and significant on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, 6) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of the work environment on turnover intention, 7) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the influence of the work environment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction on turnover intention is 92.6%.
