Abstract

There are problems in the world of formal education today, especially for Islamic Religious Education subjects, namely the low absorption and enthusiasm of students. The CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning model is a learning model that can make it easier for teachers to relate teaching materials to real life, and is considered a learning model that is able to overcome the linkage of teaching materials to the real lives of students. Later, students will not only gain experience as well as gain theory. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the Contextual Teaching And Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the class X Fiqih Ibadah subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang.
This research uses quantitative inference research, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used in the form of questionnaires and daily test scores, where the data collected will be analyzed quantitatively inference by using the SPSS version 16.0 application, namely using the Pearson product moment correlation test.
This study shows that there is no effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the class X Fiqih Ibadah subject at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ajibarang. This is indicated by: (1) obtained a P-value of 0.363, this value is greater than alpha/ (0.363) > (0.05) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. (2) r-count is smaller than r-table/ (r-h= 0.109) < (r-t=0.283) so there is no correlation.
