This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. Sampling used the Cencus method (Total Sampling) by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 133 employees. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The analysis used to analyze the Coeficient of Determination test (Adjusted R2), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that : 1) Competence, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, 4) Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the effect of competence, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance is 75%.
