This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, reward and punishment on performance (Study on Regional Secretary Employees of Banjarnegara Regency). The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at the Regional Secretariat of Banjarnegara Regency for Regional Government and Regional Autonomy of Banjarnegara Regency. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling (census). The number of samples in this study were 86 permanent employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 95%. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous research, it shows that servant leadership, reward and punishment have on the performance of the Regional Secretary of Banjarnegara Regency. The amount of servant leadership, reward and punishment in contributing influence on performance is 57.3%.
