Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture,
compensation, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT
Royal Korindah Purbalingga. The sample used in this study employees of PT
Royal Korindah Purbalingga as many as 110 respondents using purposive
sampling technique. The analysis used is the F test, t test and adjusted R2. The
results of this study based on the F test stated that organizational culture,
compensation, work motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on
employee loyalty. Based on the results of the t test obtained; (1) Organizational
culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (2)
Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (3) Work
motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. (4) Job
satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Based on the
results of the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted, it shows the magnitude of
the influence of organizational culture, compensation, work motivation and job
satisfaction on employee loyalty, which is 48.3% while the remaining 51.3% is
influenced by other variables not examined.
