Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice on teacher job satisfaction at the Al-Hikmah 1 Islamic Boarding School Benda Sirampog Brebes. The sample used in this study was 110 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, distributive justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, interactional justice has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Based on the adjusted R2 determination coefficient test, it shows that the magnitude of distributive justice, procedural justice and work interactional justice on job satisfaction is 63.3%, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
