The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior and job characteristics on the performance of nurses in Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. The population used in this study were 85 nurses at the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital. The sample selection in this study was conducted using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique or census sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria obtained as many as 85 samples in this study. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, model fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the self-efficacy variable has no effect on the performance of nurses in Purwokerto Islamic Hospital, while organizational citizenship behavior and job characteristics have a positive effect on the performance of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital nurses.
