This study aims to determine the influence Self Efficacy, Transactional Leadership, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance (at PT. Pegadaian Persero Purwokerto Branch Office). The sample in this study was 110 employees who are PT. Pegadaian Persero Cabang. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with technique simple random sampling and data were obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study reveal that Self Efficacy has no positive significant effect on employee performance, Transactional Leadership has no positive significant effect on employee performance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive significant effect on employee performance.
