The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Compensation, Physical Work Environment and Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) on employe performance. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample of this study was 130 respondents using the Non Probability Sampling technique. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet with classical assumption test, model fit test, data analysis test and hypothesis testing. The result of this study found that compensation had a partially positive effect on performance, physical work environment variable partially positive and significant effect on performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. The conclusion shows that compensation, physical work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior have a simultaneous effect on the performance of PT. Central Sandang Jayatama.
