The purpose of the study was to determine the simultaneous effect of work
discipline, work ethic, physical and non-physical work environment on employee
performance at PTPN IX Kaligua, Brebes Regency. This research is a
quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample of this study was 100
respondents using the Non Probability Sampling technique. This research
instrument uses a questionnaire sheet with classical assumption test, model fit
test, data analysis test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study in work
discipline partially positive and significant effect on the performance of
employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Kaligua, work ethic partially has no
positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan
Nusantara IX Kaligua, and the physical and non-physical work environment
partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT.
