This study aims to examine the effect of the quality of e-commerce information, the effectiveness of accounting information systems and entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students who took courses in entrepreneurship and accounting information systems, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. By using non-probability sampling. The data sample was obtained as many as 200 respondents consisting of undergraduate accounting students who had met the criteria. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the quality of e-commerce information has a negative effect on interest in entrepreneurship, the effectiveness of accounting information systems has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship.
