Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational
Citizenship Behavior, Motivation, Ethics, and Job Satisfaction on Employee
Performance at Zam-zam Muhammdiyah Islamic Boarding School Cilongok.This
research is a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 170 respondents.
Incidental sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this research
are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test, data
analysus data, medel fit test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show
that Organizational Chitizenship Behavior, Motivation, Ethics, and Job
satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
Organizational Chitizenship Behavior partially has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, work ethis partialyy has a positive and
significant on employee performance, job statisfaction partially has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance.
