Abstract

This study aims to determine; analysis of the effect of Compensation, Work Discipline, and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance in the Production Sector of CV. Sadaku Perkasa The population in this study were all employees of CV. Sadaku Perkasa who works in the field of production with a total of 106 employees. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample (census) with a total sample of 106 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that compensation, work discipline, and employee engagement partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
