Abstract
This study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational culture and communication on employee performance at the BanyumasDistrict Education Office. Sampling using purposive sampling method ith the criteriaof Civil Servants (PNS) distributed using a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 employees. The analytical technique used in this research is the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that work motivation partially has no and no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture partially and significantly influences employee performance and communication partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination R2 adjusted is 32.7%.
