Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the variables of Product Quality, Brand Image, and Aftersales Service in the Purchase Decision of Toyota Kijang Innova in Purwokerto. This study’s sample is the Toyota Kijang Innova consumer in Purwokerto. Sampling in this study used the purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents. The results of the study revealed that the product quality variable did not have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. After-sales Service has a significant positive effect on purchasingdecisions.
