Abstract

The purpose in this research was to determinand the effect of self efficacy, employee engagement and psychological contracts on employee performance. The sample in this research amounted to 110 respondents who are employees in eyelashes production at PT. Bio Takara. The analysis tool used multiple regression. The sampling technique in this research used purpose sampling.
The results of this research indicate that the variables of self efficacy, employee engagement and psychological contracts influence the performance of employees in the production of eyelashes at PT. Bio Takara. Thereofere the leader of PT. Bio Takara should pay attention to the variables of self efficacy, employee engagement and psychological contracts because it has an influence on employee performance so that it can further improve employee performance and can achieve the goals of the company or organization.
