This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethic, and organizational culture on the performance of employees of Ayam Penyet Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated or census sampling. This study distributes questionnaires with a total of 115 to employees Ayam Penyet Surabaya. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test and t test. Based on the results of the study showed that Islamic leadership and Islamic work ethic had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While the organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance.
