This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness, self-efficacy, employee engagement on employee performance in PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia Cilacap. The population in this study were 107 employees in the company, sampling in this study used the nonprobability sampling method with census technique, taking all populations to be sampled. Data obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a questionnaire. Data analysis using data instrument test, classical assumption test, data analysis test and hypothesis testing. Based on the test results, it is known that the job embeddedness variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the self-efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
