This study aimed to analyze the effect of employee training, work ability and financial compensation on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were employee training, work ability and financial compensation. While the dependent variable in this study was employee performance. The data collection tecnique used was saturated sampling which obtained from 100 respondents. The results revealed that the variables of employee training, work ability and financial compensation had simultaneously significant effects on employee performance. The partial analysis test results showed that employee training has a significantly positive effect on employee performance.While both work ability and financial compensation have no significant effect on employee performance.
