This study is entitled The Cultural Froms and Elements of Lamalera Village in Maria Matildis Banda‟s Suara Samudra Catatan dari Lamalera Novel. The purpose of the study was to describe the forms and element of the culture of the village of Lamalera in Maria Matildis Banda‟s Suara Samudra Catatan dari Lamalera Novel. This was descriptive qualitative research using the Literary Anthropology approach. The data were in the form of text or quotes which related to the cultural forms and elements represented in the novel. The data source in this research was Maria Matildis Banda‟s Suara Samudra Catatan dari Lamalera Novel. Afterwards, reading and note-taking techniques were used as the data collection techniques. Based on the result of data analysis, the researcher concluded that there were some cultural forms found in the novel. They were; 1) the form of culture as a complex form of ideas, values, norms, regulations and so on, 2), the form of culture as a complex system of activities and patterned actions of humans in society, 3) the form of culture as objects made by humans. Meanwhile, the cultural elements of the novel included 1) the language system, 2) the knowledge system, 3) the social system, 4) the human life equipment system, 5) the livelihood system, 6) the religious system, and 7) art.
