This study aims to analyze the effect of human relations and work discipline on work ethic and it’s impact on the performance of employees of PT. Satria Buana Pamula Sakti, Banyumas Regency. The independent variables in this study are human relations and work discipline while the dependent variable are work ethic and employee performance. The data collection technique used is saturated sampling while the sample used are 110 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that there are a positive and significant influence of human relations on work ethic, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work ethic and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the F test it is known that there is an influence of human relations and work discipline together on the work ethic.
