Various information and management of agencies are currently very supportive to be developed into a system that relies on technological advances. One example is the field of information technology and data processing. Currently, a form of information and data can be made according to what we want, and so many opportunities can be used for its development. vehicle washing services are a business in the service sector needed by the people of Indonesia, especially those who do not have time and are lazy to wash their own vehicles. The condition of the community, especially Purwokerto, is currently having a busy life and working hours. Therefore, the people of Purwokerto need a vehicle in their daily activities, one of which is a car. When the car is used too often in daily activities, the car will experience a decrease in comfort in the interior and exterior of the car. With this convenience it is influenced by the car that is getting dirty. This problem is influenced by the people of Purwokerto who do not have time to clean their cars every day. Working holidays should be used to wash cars, but the people of Purwokerto feel lazy because they have to queue when washing cars. On the basis of these conditions, this research requires a fast and accurate information system to be able to improve the service of a car wash application that makes it easy for the Purwokerto community to clean the interior and exterior of car vehicles without having to go to a car wash. With the final result that will be achieved in this study is a mobile-based car wash service application which is expected to help management in providing optimal service to customers.
