This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Job
Embeddedness and Job Characteristics on the Performance of Permanent
Employees of PERUMDA Owabong. The total population of this study was 176
employees. The sample in this study used the Probability Sampling technique with
a sample of 130 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research
instruments using questionnaires. Technical analysis used in this study is multiple
regression analysis. Based on the test results it is known that; (a) Self Efficacy has
a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent employees. (b)
Job Embeddedness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
permanent employees. (c) Job Characteristics have a positive and significant
effect on the performance of permanent employees. Self Efficacy, Job
Embeddedness, Job Characteristics simultaneously affect the performance of
permanent employees.
