The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work, discipline
variables, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior on
nurse performance. This type of research is quantitative research. This research
takes the subject in RSI Banjarnegara. The sample of this study was 130 nurses at
RSI Banjarnegara. The sampling method in this research is random sampling.
The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The
result of data analysis show that work discipline, organizational culture and
organizational citizenship behavior significantly effects the performance of nurses
in RSI Banjarnegara.
