This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work involvement, and career development on employee performance at PT. Nippon Paint Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are communication, work involvement, and career development while the dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling while the sample used 152 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis shows communication, work involvement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
