The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, service
quality, and location partially and simultaneously on Cargloss Café Purwokerto
consumer satisfaction. The study population is consumers who have visited at
least twice and consume Cargloss Café products and restaurants. The sampling
method used was purposive sampling with a total of 92 samples with some
required criteria. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results of regression
analysis show that product quality partially has a significant positive effect on
customer satisfaction, service quality partially has a significant positive effect on
customer satisfaction, location partially has a significant positive effect on
customer satisfaction, simultaneously product quality, service quality, and
location have an effect on customer satisfaction .
