Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of product quality, brand image, and price on the purchasing decisions of Indosat Ooredo students at Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. The sample of this research is the students of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto using non-probability sampling technique and data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. The research method used in this research data is multiple linear analysis. Before the data is analyzed using multiple regression analysis, to ensure the accuracy and accuracy of a measuring instrument in carrying out its measurement function, the data is tested using a validity test, while to show the extent to which a measuring instrument can be trusted or reliable, a reliability test is carried out. Meanwhile, to determine whether the data is linear or not, using the classical assumption test. Partial test results show that simultaneously product quality, brand image, and price have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. While partially product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
